Ingredients for 4 people
250 g of Greek yogurt
½ package of sour Zuccato gherkins
1 fresh cucumber
½ clove of garlic
6 mint leaves
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Mixed seafood (scallops, shrimp, squid, etc.)
Mixed vegetables (peppers, asparagus, zucchini, etc.)

Grate the fresh cucumber and squeeze the excess liquid out, then salt and pepper. Add it together with Greek yogurt and sour gherkins. Cut the tocchettini and some oil; mix everything together with chopped mint. Blanch the fish and vegetables, separately. Serve the tzaziki with fish and vegetables ready to be dipped in the sauce.
