Ingredients for 4 people

300g shortcrust pastry
100g of Zuccato natural sauerkrauts
200g of apples
50g of butter
50g of sugar
150g of dark chocolate
50ml of seed oil
2 chillies

Preparation

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add a little olive oil, cook the diced apples with the sauerkrauts and sugar. Roll out the pastry on a baking pan and fill with the mixture and the strips of pastry, forming squares of dough and then cook.
