Turnip for Brovada D.O.P.
The “brovada” is a speciality of Friuli Venezia Giulia generally consumed during the cold periods. It is produced from the turnip slings marinated in grape marc. They are cooked in broth and are a traditional slide dish for boiled and roast meat.
Ingredients: Turnip for “Brovada”, natural liquid , Wine vinager, Sugar, Salt, Antioxidants: Sulphur Dioxide (SO)
