Capers in wine vinegar
These capers have an intense green color, typical of fruit grown in rocky areas, which retain their characteristic flavour.
A little salty but the perfect garnish on any dish: such as salads, pasta, pizza and meat.
Ingredients: Capers, Water, Vinegar, Salt, antioxidants: Ac.Citrico, Ac. L-Ascorbic Acid, Sulfur Dioxide.
Capers in salt
Also available, capers in salt (which are always the floral buttons of “Capparis Spinosal”) collected, washed, salted and put into plastic containers for food.
This is a product dedicated to food, now available in three versions: small, medium, and normal size.
They can be used after washing with salt.
