Ingredients for 4 people
500 g fillet of yellowtail fish
8 cubes of butter for little sandwiches
20 Sweet and sour Zuccato gherkins
½ ripe avocado
½ lemon
5 drops of Tabasco
2 red tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Chop the fish, nice and fine with an amber jack knife, then use salt and pepper to form some small burgers. Bake in a pan on both sides. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Dice the tomatoes without seeds. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise. Spread the bread with plenty of guacamole and then put it on the fish burgers. Also add the tomato and gherkins. Ready to Serve.
