Ingredients for 4 people
200g of dough
200g of cooked Zuccato sauerkrauts
2 sausages
50g of Vezzena cheese
100 g cherry tomatoes
30 g of basil

Overlap 4 layers of dough and brush each layer with melted butter. Cut into rectangles and fill them in with the chopped and fried sausage, the cooked sauerkrauts and vezzena cheese chips. Roll up the rectangles and put them in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

Arrange some diced tomatoes on a dish, place the kisch and garnish with basil.
