Fresh air, pure water, dedicated lands: the profound connection between Zuccato and the Venetian foothills is the primary ingredient in every jar.

Caltrano is where the Venetian plain meets the Asiago Plateau. Here, nocturnal temperature excursions, mixed soils, and spring waters create ideal conditions for cultivating the vegetables destined for our preserves.
We have always worked with local agricultural cooperatives, selecting varieties chosen for their crispness, sweetness, and ability to hold up in the jar. It is a silent pact between virtuous industry and quality agriculture.
The region also inspires our recipes: our sauerkraut, sweet and sour vegetables, and fruit compotes are evolutions of family traditions born among these hills. Every label carries a piece of the landscape.
Visiting the area means discovering mountain pastures, trails, and small producers who share the same philosophy: respect for time, patient processing, and uncompromising raw materials.
