Zuccato was founded in 1868. Like all Italian food companies of greater tradition, it began in a small artisan shop in a small provincial town. The town is in the province of Vicenza and is called Caltrano. The founder's name is Federico Zuccato...

Since 1868 we make everything taste better, one jar at a time.
Our company was rooted in Caltrano, at the foot of the Venetian Pre-Alps, and for over a century has been crafting its recipes in Chiuppano, in the province of Vicenza. Here we transform more than 10,000 tonnes of fresh vegetables each year into 500+ references that reach tables around the world.
Sauerkraut, gherkins, olives, giardiniera, pearl onions, ready sauces, pestos, capers, peppers and Rape da Brovada D.O.P.: every product starts from fresh raw ingredients and a tradition of fermentation and preservation that Veneto has passed down for generations.
