Sauté chicken bites lightly coated in cornstarch with oil and garlic in a pan.

After about 3 minutes, add Zuccato Borettane Onions in White Vinegar and use some of their liquid to deglaze the chicken.

Cook covered for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking for another 5 minutes uncovered, then garnish with fresh thyme.
