Orzotto with Grilled Pepper Sauce and Fennel

Our Zuccato Grilled Pepper Sauce is perfect for preparing a fantastic orzotto.

Cook the barley according to the manufacturer's instructions (you can also use the quick or pre-cooked version) and, when almost done, add the sauce along with some fennel.

Stir in Parmesan and Pecorino cheeses and serve with basil leaves.
