Spaghetti with peppers from Veneto:
Ingredients for 4 people: 300 g spaghetti, 100 g peppers from Veneto, Fresh basil, Extra virgin olive oil, Red onion
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Procedure:
Bring the water to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the peppers and blend them, resulting in a smooth sauce. When the water boils, cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package. While the pasta is cooking, brown the chopped red onion in a little oil. When the pasta is cooked, pour it into the pan with the onion, pour a ladleful of cooking water and then pour in the Veneto bell pepper sauce. Mix and serve.
