Cooking time: 15 minutes
Procedure:
Bring the milk to a boil. Meanwhile, melt the butter, incorporate the flour and mix. When the milk boils, pour in the flour and butter, then with a whisk stir vigorously until creamy. Pour lightly chopped sauerkraut into the cream, season with fine salt, and the cream is ready to make a delicious lasagna.
