Hard-boiled eggs stuffed with Lombard peppers:

Ingredients for 4 persons:  8 eggs, 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g Lombard peppers, Fine salt, Extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Procedure:

Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water, salt and place on the heat. Starting when the water boils count 10 minutes, then remove from the heat. Meanwhile, pour the mayonnaise with a dash of oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl. When the eggs are ready, shell them, cut them in half, take out the yolks, crumble them, add them to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Using a teaspoon, stuff the egg whites with the resulting sauce. Garnish and season by adding a sliced Lombard bell pepper on top of each egg.
