Beet Hummus:

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Procedure:

For a healthy and tasty break color your hummus pink by blending Zuccato sliced red beets, pre-cooked chickpeas, tahina and lemon juice. Enjoy it on bread garnishing it with fresh mint and happy #Zuccappetite

Sweet Beet Pancakes :

Ingredients: 125 g 00 flour, 200 g whole milk, 20 g red beet, 25 g butter, 15 g sugar, 2 eggs, 6 g yeast.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Procedure:

Blend the beet with the milk. Next whip the egg yolks, then pour in the melted butter and milk with the beet. Mix all the ingredients together well. Pour in the flour with the baking powder and continue to mix.
Separately whip the egg whites with the sugar, and once whipped stiff, pour everything into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix gently, then heat a pan, lightly buttered, pour in some of the mixture with a ladle and cook on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup!
