Ingredients: 100 g bread crumbs, 100 g pine nuts, 1 clove of garlic, 500 ml water, 0.50 ml extra virgin olive oil, 0.20 ml naturally fermented apple cider vinegar, fine salt.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Procedure:

Let the breadcrumbs soak with the pine nuts, half the water and half the vinegar for about 2 hours.
