Tuna sauce:

Procedure:

Orange and caper fruit salad:
Preparation time: 8 minutes
Procedure:
If you like orange salad, you must try this version: slice the oranges raw, avoiding the albedo, dress them with Zuccato Caper Berries stripped of their stems, Zuccato Roasted Black Olives, and avocado. Season well and garnish with crumbled taralli. Enjoy #Zuccuccappetito
Avocado toast with caper fruit:
Ingredients: 2 slices of fresh whole-wheat bread, 2 whole eggs BIO, ½ ripe avocado, 20 g caper berries.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Procedure:
Bring the water to a boil then pour in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes; at this point pour in the carrots and after another 5 minutes the broccoli. Cook for another 5 minutes. After the cooking time has elapsed, drain the vegetables, let them cool then cut everything into cubes and pour into a bowl. Also dice the gherkins, pour them in with the rest of the vegetables, finally add the mayonnaise and mix well. Serve as a cold appetizer.
