Ingredients for 4 persons
300 g Shortbread pastry
100 g Zuccato natural sauerkraut
200 g apples
50 g butter
50 g sugar
150 g dark chocolate
50 ml seed oil
2 chilies
Procedure
In a saucepan melt the butter and add a little oil, cook the diced apples, sauerkraut and sugar. Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a cake pan and fill with the mixture and with shortcrust pastry strips, form squares of pastry and then bake.
