Potato salad with Kren and Shrimp:

Procedure:

A tip from Zuccato for a delicious salad that combines the sweetness of potatoes and shrimp, with the spiciness of kren: boil the potatoes, shrimp, remove the leathery part of the arugula, and dress it all with Zuccato Kren Sauce. Enjoy it cold and happy #Zuccappetito!

Carpaccio of bresaola in Kren sauce:

Ingredients: 100 g bresaola, 20 g Kren sauce, Lime, Extra virgin olive oil, Arugula.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Procedure:

Blend the cherry tomatoes with the basil, fine salt, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Next, add the mozzarella and cream, too, until the mixture is firm but smooth. Chop the green olives.
Next, serve the gazpacho in small glasses by filling the glass halfway, add the mousse and finally the green olive tartare until the small glass is full.
