Cous Cous with sweet and sour giardiniera:

Ingredients for 4 people:  200 g Cous Cous, 100 g sweet and sour giardiniera, Fresh basil, Cherry tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Fine salt.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Procedure:

Heat 1 liter of water. Next, take a bowl, pour in the couscous, and when the water reaches the boil, pour it onto the couscous, mixing slowly. Once you have used all the water, cover the bowl for a few minutes with cling film. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the couscous with the sweet and sour giardiniera, basil, salt and oil. Mix well and then serve.
