Preparation time: 7 minutes
Procedure:
Have you ever tried them fried? Bring the seed oil to temperature (between 160° and 180°) and fry the Zuccato Capers, a few at a time, until they have reached a golden color, about 10 seconds. Bruschetta of 5-grain bread with capers :
Ingredients: 4 slices of 5-grain bread, 10 g capers, 100 g dates, Fresh basil, Garlic, Olive oil
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Procedure:
Toast the bread slices in a hot pan, lightly drizzle with a drop of extra virgin olive oil. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, pour them into a bowl and also add the capers, a little oil and a pinch of fine salt. Place the bread slices on a tray, top with the cherry tomatoes and capers and garnish with fresh basil.
