Sauerkraut with Sausage and Potatoes:

Ingredients: 500g sauerkraut, 4 pork sausages, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced1 onion, sliced, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 cup chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure:

In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until transparent. Add the sausages and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Add the potatoes and sauerkraut to the pot. Pour in the chicken broth, cover and cook over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Oriental-style sauerkraut:
