Fried Zuccato Giant Olives

Preparation time:20 minutes + 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g Zuccato Giant Olives
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • Fine salt
  • 1 litre sunflower oil

Method

Remove the stones from the Zuccato Olives. Next, beat the eggs in a bowl, then pour the flour and breadcrumbs into two other bowls. At this point, take four Zuccato Olives at a time, first coat them in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Repeat the operation twice. Heat the oil and, once at temperature, fry the Zuccato Olives until crispy.

  • 200g mortadella (a thick slice)

Method
