Procedure:

Do you love carbonara? You must try this version that won’t make you regret guanciale. Cook some mezze maniche following the manufacturer’s instructions and, in the meantime, saute sliced Zuccato Whole Artichokes with oil and garlic. In a bowl, where you will have beaten some egg yolks together with plenty of grated pepper and pecorino cheese, manteca the mezze maniche, using the pasta cooking water. Finally add the artichokes and additional grated pecorino cheese and happy #Zuccappetito

Bruschetta with artichokes, from the two regions:

Ingredients for 4 people: Artichokes, about 2 each, 200 g sliced speck, 100 g Tuscan pecorino cheese, Extra virgin olive oil, Fine salt.

Preparation time: 5 minutes 

Cooking time: 5 minutes 

Procedure:

Let the artichokes drain from the vinegar, then brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt lightly and brown them on each side. Separately toast some bread, making it crispy, and once toasted, pour over the browned artichokes. Garnish by adding a slice of speck and slivers of Tuscan pecorino cheese
