Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g giant olives 4 eggs 100 g flour 100 g breadcrumbs fine salt 1 liter seed oil Remove the stone from the olives. Next, beat the eggs in one bowl, then pour the flour and breadcrumbs into two other bowls. Now take four olives at a time, dip them first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the operation twice. Heat the oil and, once it comes to temperature, fry the olives, making them crispy. Serve hot.
