Brovada D.O.P. turnips.

Brovada is a Friulian specialty generally eaten in cold weather; it is made from turnip webbing macerated in wine marc.
They should be cooked in broth and are a traditional side dish for boiled and roasted meats.
Ingredients:D.O.P. brovada turnips, own natural liquid, Wine vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Antioxidants: Sulfur Dioxide.
