Peppers, avocado and mango salad

Preparation time: 8 minutes

Procedure:

Not your usual salad: combine some avocado with Zuccato Sweet and Sour Chunky Peppers and mango. Season by emulsifying a dressing with evo oil, lime, a teaspoon of honey and salt. Enjoy #Zuccappetite

Sweet and sour bell pepper ketchup:

Ingredients:  200 g sweet and sour peppers, 20 g pine nuts, Fresh basil,  3 tablespoons EVO oil.

Preparation time: 10 minutes 

Procedure:

Drain the sweet-and-sour peppers, pour them into a blender, add the pine nuts and fresh basil. Blend well, gradually adding the extra virgin olive oil and finish emulsifying making it creamy and not too liquid. Ideal for seasoning burgers or simply topping a pasta such as delicious penne.
