Plate Octopus And Saffron Potato Salad On Bed Of Sauerkraut And Basil Oil

1 package of Zuccato sauerkraut au naturel
5 slices of stale homemade bread
2 red or 10 cherry tomatoes
250 g tuna in oil
1 tablespoon desalted capers
1 fresh spring onion (optional)
1 celery heart
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Procedure
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Drain and wash the sauerkraut, then cook it in a saucepan with a little oil, salt and pepper. Allow them to cool. Dice the bread and sauté it in a pan without fat. Then add the chopped capers. Add the tuna, tomatoes, finely chopped spring onion, and finally the sauerkraut. Season to taste and let stand. Mold into plastic cups for unmolding and serve.
