Lombard and Veneto peppers

Lombardi and Veneti peppers, are famous for their long, tapered shape, light green color and balanced but characterful flavor.
Ingredients (Lombardi): Peppers, Water, Wine Vinegar, Salt, Antioxidants: Ac.Citric, Sulfur Dioxide. The “Venetian” one, with the same color but a short, conical shape, is instead a specialty with a spicy flavor. Ingredients (Veneti): Peppers, Wine Vinegar, Water, Salt, Antioxidants: Sulfur Dioxide.

Sweet and sour peppers (fillet and bocconcino) processed from fresh

Our sweet and sour peppers are processed from fresh (without passing through brine), with the addition of a mixture made from herbs, sugar and wine vinegar aged in wooden barrels. The element that determines the exceptional nature of this product is the quality of the bell pepper we use: the “ox horn,” so called because of its characteristic elongated, single-pointed shape. This is an exceptional type of bell pepper in its texture, firmness and sweetness.

Hot peppers

Typical elongated red chili pepper. Very spicy, it is preserved with little vinegar while maintaining the characteristics of the fresh product. Ingredients: Peppers, Water, Wine vinegar, Salt, Antioxidants: Ac.Citric, Ac. L-Ascorbic acid, Sulfur dioxide.

Peperonata

Peperonata is a tasty and colorful dish made with peppers, tomatoes and onions, perfect as a versatile side dish or condiment.
Ingredients: Red and yellow peppers (60 percent), onion (10 percent), Sunflower Seed Oil, Tomato Concentrate, Water, Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt.
