Artichokes

Grown in Salento (Apulia, Southern Italy), an area recognized for the superior quality of the artichoke called “brindisino,” these artichokes are very compact and fine in size (60/70 pcs/kg). Ripening optimally without red parts or openings thanks to the microclimate of this area, they are processed by us exclusively from fresh, thus enhancing their organoleptic characteristics. The recipe, enriched with delicate aromas, gives the artichokes a unique taste, appreciated by all consumers attentive to Mediterranean culinary traditions.

Garlic cloves

Clove garlic that, when properly processed, loses some of its typically strong odor and flavor while retaining the physical, organoleptic, nutritional and health characteristics of fresh garlic. Preserved in sunflower oil and enriched with Mediterranean herbs, it lends itself as an original appetizer in hors d’oeuvres and as an excellent ingredient to use mid/late in the preparation of sauces, in the filling of bruschetta, pizzas and sandwiches.

Dried tomatoes

These S. Marzano type tomatoes, with their characteristic elongated shape and produced exclusively in Italy, are appreciated worldwide for their fragrance, superior taste and typical bright red color. They are uniformly sun-dried so as to maintain a unique and inimitable softness, and then enriched with Mediterranean spices and aromas that give them an extraordinarily distinctive flavor. The recipe for these tomatoes respects the most authentic Italian culinary tradition, and therefore, in addition to their traditional use as an appetizer or side dish, they are also an excellent ingredient to enrich salads, pizzas and as a condiment for many typical pasta dishes.

Half-dried tomatoes

Another unusual preparation for these tomatoes, cooked in the oven and then enriched with Mediterranean spices and aromas that give them an extraordinarily distinctive flavor. The recipe for these tomatoes respects another authentic Italian culinary tradition, and therefore, in addition to their traditional use as an appetizer or side dish, they are also an excellent ingredient to enrich salads, pizzas and as a condiment for many typical pasta dishes.  
Ingredients: Semi-dried tomatoes, Sunflower Seed Oil,Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, parsley, oregano, garlic, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Mushrooms

These small, flavored champignons mushrooms are ideal to complement a wide variety of recipes. They are great as an appetizer, as a side dish or as a delicate ingredient for salads, on pizza or as a topping for sandwiches and canapés.
Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bispora), Sunflower Seed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divine Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Antioxidants: Ac.Citric, Ac. L-Ascorbic acid, Sulfur dioxide as a residue.

Pitted black olives in extra-virgin olive oil

These black olives are natural, that is, without any treatment to obtain the typical coloring. They are small in size and have a soft texture. Their natural taste, extra virgin olive oil and recipe with delicate Mediterranean flavors give this product a unique and particularly appreciated taste. Their use is particularly varied: filling pizzas, bruschetta, sandwiches and salads. With the addition of tomato, it results in a ready-to-heat sauce, true to the Italian culinary tradition.

Rice salad

The mixture of vegetables we have chosen to prepare a nice and ready rice seasoning meets the need to provide a wide range of both flavors and colors (The green of peas and cucumbers, the red of peppers, the yellow of corn, the orange of carrots, the black of olives) that goes well with the different qualities of rice that can be used in summer to quickly prepare a fresh dish to be served at room temperature.

Artichokes with stems , are a variation of the artichokes we produce. Coming also always from Apulia, processed from fresh, preserved in sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil, they are of a variety that allows you to appreciate the qualities organoleptic qualities not only of the heart and leaves, but also of the artichoke stem. For not to mention the beautiful figure they offer to the dish in which they are served!
