Salad

The small salad consisting of matchstick-cut carrots and celeriac and striped peppers has a flavor with slight dominance of celery. An excellent side dish, it is a good ingredient for all salads. Sweet and Sour Giardiniera QR

In the sweet and sour giardiniera we have introduced a variation to the taste of our traditional giardiniera by adding just enough sugar to transfer a pleasant sweet note to the vegetables. To emphasize the special care with which we intend to present this product of ours, we have also chosen to enrich it with whole, rather than sliced, cucumbers and cut the other vegetables in a homemade manner.
