“Stuffed” olives are green olives stuffed with red bell pepper. Ingredients: Olives, Water, Bell bell pepper, Salt, Acidity correctors: Ac. lactic, Antioxidants: Ac. L-Ascorbic acid, Resistance agents: Calcium chloride – E 509, Thickeners: Guar gum – E412, Sodium alginate – E401.

Olives Belle of Cerignola

These olives are grown in the area of the same name and, uniform in color and size with their characteristic shape, have particularly good fragrance and taste, a specialty therefore that finds considerable admirers. Roasted Black Olives

These “Sal secco” quality black olives of “medium” size are obtained by letting them dry lying in layers, with cooking salt.This system allows obtaining a particular product, with a slightly bitter taste, typical of the Mediterranean culture.They are jarred without preserving liquid and are indicated as an ingredient in a wide variety of culinary recipes.
