La Giardiniera

Salmon with giardiniera:

Preparation time: 8 minutes

Procedure:

Bring color to your dinner every season with giardiniera! Cook a salmon slice in a skillet 1 minute on each side and accompany it with Zuccato Giardiniera topped with a spoonful of sour cream and chives. Enjoy #Zuccappetito

Giardiniera with almond bread sauce:

Ingredients:300 g giardiniera mixture, 100 g breadcrumbs, 100 g almonds without peel, 1 clove of garlic, 500 ml water, 0.50 ml extra virgin olive oil, 0.20 ml white vinegar, fine salt.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Procedure:

Blend the cherry tomatoes with the basil, fine salt, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Next, add the mozzarella and cream, too, until the mixture is firm but smooth. Chop the green olives.
Next, serve the gazpacho in small glasses by filling the glass halfway, add the mousse and finally the green olive tartare until the small glass is full.
