Vegetable and vinegar pickle salad:

Ingredients: 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, Broccoli 150 g, 50 g vinegar gherkins, 100 g mayonnaise, Lemon

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Procedure:

Bring the water to a boil then pour in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes; at this point pour in the carrots and after another 5 minutes the broccoli. Cook for another 5 minutes. After the cooking time has elapsed, drain the vegetables, let them cool then cut everything into cubes and pour into a bowl. Also dice the gherkins, pour them in with the rest of the vegetables, finally add the mayonnaise and mix well. Serve as a cold appetizer.
