- Zuccato Ricotta and Pecorino Romano PDO Sauce
- Fusilli
- Lemon zest
- Thyme
- Pasta cooking water
Method
Cook the pasta and, once done, dress it with the ready-made sauce, lemon zest, and thyme leaves. Remember to reserve some of the pasta cooking water to emulsify the sauce nicely. Enjoy! #zuccapetito
