Drain and wash the sauerkraut, then cook it in a saucepan with a little oil, salt and pepper. Allow them to cool. Dice the bread and saut\u00e9 it in a pan without fat. Then add the chopped capers. Add the tuna, tomatoes, finely chopped spring onion, and finally the sauerkraut. Season to taste and let stand.
