Sweet and sour cucumbers<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Sweet and sour cucumber is a typical food from Nordic countries that we have made known and appreciated to the Italian consumer. The success achieved is to be found in the attention paid to the product.All the ingredients are carefully selected: the cucumber is processed exclusively fresh (without the stop in brine); the strictly wine vinegar is obtained by the traditional chip system and aged in wooden barrels; the numerous herbs, without prevailing one over the other, together with sugar give the product a classic and unmistakable taste. The classic way to serve sweet and sour cucumbers is with bacon.However, they are excellent as a side dish for all cold cuts and as appetizers. In summer, kept in the refrigerator, sweet and sour cucumbers are an excellent thirst quencher.Ingredients: fresh cucumbers, water, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, natural flavors and mustard seeds. As with “sweet and sour cucumbers,” only top-quality ingredients were used for the more traditional vinegar cucumbers, of which there are various sizes (vinegar cucumbers compared to sweet and sour cucumbers are preserved in a richer mixture of vinegar).Aged wine vinegar, obtained by the traditional chip system, the slight addition of sugar and herbs are the elements that characterize our product, making it unmistakably crisp and flavorful, which goes well with sliced meats in general.Ingredients: Cucumbers, Wine Vinegar, Water, Salt, Natural Flavors, Antioxidants: Sulfur Dioxide as a residue.
