Capers in wine vinegar<\/u><\/h4>\n

These deep green capers, typical of fruits grown in rocky areas, retain their characteristic flavor.
Lightly salted and lightly vinegared, they are the ideal ingredient to garnish any dish: salads, pasta, pizza and meats.
Ingredients<\/strong>: Capers, Water, Wine vinegar, Salt.<\/p>\n

Capers in salt<\/u><\/h4>\n

Also available are Capers in salt (which are always the floral buttons of “Capparis Spinosal”) harvested, washed, salted and placed in plastic jars for food.This is a product dedicated to gastronomy now available in three versions: normal, surfines (medium size) and capucines (small size). They can be used after washing the fruits from salt. Ingredients<\/strong>: Capers, salt (30% – 40% depending on size). <\/p>\n

Gourmet capers in olive oil<\/u><\/h4>\n

Our classic capers with their deep green color and Mediterranean flavor are now available in Gourmet variant and preserved in Olive Oil ready to enjoy. Ingredients<\/strong>: Capers 55%, olive oil 42%, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, oregano, acidity regulator: citric acid.<\/p>\n

Caper berries<\/u><\/h4>\n

Caper berries are a tasty as well as a prized vegetable, popular in international cuisine: from aperitifs to salads and appetizers, with cheeses or p\u00e2t\u00e9s, in a favorite sauce for pasta toppings or as an accompaniment to cocktails as a substitute for olives or spring onions.
