Gardener<\/u><\/b><\/h4>

A giardiniera, given the good quality of the fruit, is distinguished by its composition. Variety, low-salty taste and balanced colors characterize this product.
Ingredients<\/strong>: vegetables in varying proportions (contains sulfur): (carrots, turnips, cucumbers, cauliflower, peppers, spring onions and celery), water, wine vinegar, salt.<\/p>

Salad<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

The small salad consisting of carrots and celeriac cut into matchsticks and peppers cut into strips, has a flavor with slight predominance of celery.
Excellent side dish, it is a good ingredient for all salads.
Ingredients<\/strong>: vegetables in varying proportions (celeriac, carrots, peppers), water, wine vinegar, salt, antioxidants: citric acid, l-ascorbic<\/i> acid, sulfur dioxide.<\/p>

Sweet and Sour Giardiniera QR<\/span><\/span><\/h4>

In the sweet and sour giardiniera we have introduced a variation to the taste of our traditional giardiniera by adding just enough sugar to transfer a pleasant sweet note to the vegetables. To emphasize the special care with which we intend to present this product of ours, we have also chosen to enrich it with whole, rather than sliced, cucumbers and cut the other vegetables in an artisanal manner. Ingredients<\/span>: <\/span>vegetables in varying proportions (contains sulfites); (carrots, turnips, cucumbers, cauliflower, peppers, spring onions and celery), water, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, natural flavors. <\/p>

Gourmet Giardiniera<\/span><\/span><\/h4>

In Giardiniera Gourmet, we wanted to enhance the authentic taste of selected vegetables with a more refined preparation in which the oil becomes the protagonist. The vegetables, hand-cut with artisan care, are immersed in a fine sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil that enhance their crispness and preserve the natural freshness of the vegetables. The result is a giardiniera with an elegant and harmonious character, ideal to accompany cheeses, cured meats and meat dishes, but also perfect as an appetizer or side dish with a genuine and refined flavor.
