Warm Salted Cod Salad, Leeks With Olives, Sour Pickels, And Sliced Toasted Almonds.

Ingredients for 4 people
500 g of dried marinated cod
1 leek
15 Sweet and sour Zuccato gherkins
10 black olives
40 g of toasted sliced almonds
½ lemon
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Boil the salted cod for 5 minutes in unsalted water and diluted with lemon juice. Then wait another 5 minutes. At the same time, stew the leak slices in a saucepan with the oil with a very low flame.
