Sauerkraut Strudel

Ingredients for 4 people

Frozen puff pastry rolls
100g of cooked ham
100g of Zuccato natural sauerkrauts
1 tablespoon of mustard
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat the sauerkrauts in a pan for about 20 minutes. Roll out the puff pastry roll, spread it with mustard, place the ham, sauerkraut and eggs cooked into a thin omelette. Roll up the dough, coated with a beaten egg and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
Final garnish
Cut the strudel in slices, place it on a flat plate and decorate as desired.
