Sauerkraut Pudding In Cold Tuna With “Panzanella”

Ingredients for 4 people
1 box of Zuccato Natural Saurkraut
5 slices of stale bread
2 red tomatoes or 10 cherry
250 g of tuna in oil
1 tablespoon capers
1 fresh onion (optional)
1 celery heart
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Drain and wash the cabbage, then cook in a pan with little oil, salt and pepper. Let them cool. Cut bread into cubes and let it fry in a pan without any fat. Then add the chopped capers. Add tuna, tomatoes, onion, chopped fine and, eventually, put the sauerkraut in. Season everything and let it rest. Once cooled and molded in plastic cups, heat them up and serve.
