Roast Turkey Stuffed With Sauerkrauts

Ingredients for 4 people

600g of chopped turkey
150g of Zuccato natural sauerkrauts
150g of mixture of fresh salami
300ml of Zuccato apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Open the chopped turkey, cut the meat by opening in a spiral, making a not to thick base. Sauté mixture of fresh salami in the pan with the sauerkrauts for 10 minutes, fill the meat with the mixture, roll it up, bind it and cook in the oven at 160 degrees. Simmer slowly the apple cider vinegar.
