Peperoni lombardi e veneti

Venetian, lombardian and Chili peppers The pepper of Lombardy has a long, tapered shape, it is light green, and has a balanced Flavour.
Ingredients: Peppers, Water, Vinegar, Salt, antioxidants: Ac.Citrico, Sulfur Dioxide.

That “Venetian”, has the same color , a bit shorter , but has a spicier taste.

Sweet and sour peppers (threaded and nibble)

Our sweet and sour peppers are processed from fresh ingredients (without the shift in brine), and with the addition of a mixture of herbs, sugar and wine vinegar are aged in wooden barrels.
The element that determines the uniqueness of this product is the quality of the pepper that we use: the “ox horn”, so named for the characteristic elongated shape and a lone striker.
It is a type of pepper exceptional in its texture, firmness and sweetness.

Hot peppers

A Typical elongated chili. Very spicy and it is preserved with just a little vinegar.
Ingredients: Peppers, Water, Vinegar, Salt, antioxidants: Ac.Citrico, Ac. L-Ascorbic Acid, Sulfur Dioxide.
