Ingredients for 4 people
1 duck
citrus fruits juice. 3 oranges and 2 lemons
400g Zuccato Sauerkrauts
extra virgin olive oil
rosemary
sage
1 onion
2 carrots
white wine
salt and pepper

Preparation

Clean the duck well and fill the inside with Zuccato sauerkrauts. Brown it in a baking tray with olive oil, rosemary, sage, onion and carrots cubes. Moisten with wine and citrus fruit juice. Add salt and pepper and cook in the oven at 160 degrees for about 90 minutes turning it often. Cut the duck into 4 pieces and serve on a bed of sauerkraut and sauce.
