Ingredients for 4 people
800 g of potatoes
1 celery
1 turnip
1/2 chopped onion
30g of butter
200g of Zuccato sauerkrauts
120g of stewed bacon
croutons
salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the onion the celery and the turnip. Dice the potatoes. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add 1 and a half liter of water, salt and pepper and simmer for about an hour.
Then put everything into the mixer and continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency (it should be creamy). Meanwhile, saute` the diced bacon in a pan with the croutons. Put the cream on the plate topping it with the boiled cabbage and bacon with the croutons. To be served hot.
