Ingredients for 4 people

400g of brown maltagliati
100g of cooked Zuccato sauerkrauts
200g of sausage

Preparation

Prepare the dough with 300 g of 00 flour, 300 g of bran flour, 400 g of whole wheat flour, 10 eggs, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil. Roll it out thin and prepare the maltagliati. Sauté in butter, celery, carrot and onion cubes and add the minced sausage. Bake for 15 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Sauté the maltagliati with the sauce and serve hot.
